PXRMI currently sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital travel guides, itineraries, maps and other downloadable products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Your digital product will be provided through the delivery method stated at checkout, such as a download link or email.

Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you have not received your purchase or are having trouble accessing your download, please contact hello@pxrmi.com and we will be happy to help.

As no physical products are shipped, shipping fees and physical delivery times do not apply.
