Welcome to PXRMI. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PXRMI. PXRMI operates this website and provides digital travel guides, itineraries, curated maps and other travel-planning resources (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced within them, explain the terms that apply when you access our website, purchase our products or otherwise use our Services.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your purchase has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Digital products are supplied electronically. Where you request or agree to receive digital content immediately, before the end of any statutory cancellation period that would otherwise apply, you may lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PXRMI digital products are provided for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use and may not be purchased for redistribution or resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be displayed before you complete checkout and confirmed as part of your order.

Depending on your location and our store configuration, prices may be displayed in your local currency. Currency conversion and payment processing may be provided by our ecommerce and payment providers.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed where required before you complete your purchase. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

PXRMI digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a particular product expressly states otherwise.

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through a download link, email or another electronic delivery method described on the product page or during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address when placing your order.

If you do not receive your digital product or experience difficulty accessing it, please contact us at hello@pxrmi.com and we will assist you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PXRMI website and Services, including our branding, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, designs, layouts, digital travel guides, itineraries, curated resources and other original content, are owned by or licensed to PXRMI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Digital products purchased from PXRMI are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, publish, share or commercially exploit our digital guides, itineraries, curated maps or other downloadable materials, in whole or in substantial part.

You may not make our paid digital products publicly available or distribute copies to other people.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 9 - OUR ECOMMERCE PLATFORM

Our online store is hosted using Shopify. Shopify provides ecommerce technology that enables us to offer our products and process transactions through our website.

Purchases made from PXRMI are made directly with PXRMI, not Shopify.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website and ecommerce providers, including Shopify and relevant payment providers, may process information necessary to operate the website, provide checkout functionality, process transactions and deliver our Services.

Travel inherently involves circumstances outside our control. Destinations, laws, entry requirements, transportation, weather, safety conditions, prices, businesses and services may change.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information but cannot guarantee that every piece of travel information will remain current or suitable for every traveller.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights relating to digital content.
