Do you book the trip for me?

Yes, this service is designed for travellers who don’t want to organise every element themselves. Once your personalised itinerary is approved, the agreed accommodation, transport and experiences can be coordinated and arranged through my trusted local travel partners. You’ll know exactly what is included before anything is confirmed.

Is the £195–£395 my holiday cost?

No. This is my bespoke planning fee and covers the time, research and expertise involved in designing your personalised journey. Your hotels, transport, activities, flights, meals and other travel costs are separate and tailored to your chosen budget.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes. Bespoke doesn’t have to mean five-star. I plan Affordable, Mid-range, Premium and 5★ Luxury journeys. You’ll share your approximate budget before I begin so recommendations are realistic from the start.

Can I change my itinerary?

Yes. One round of refinements is included, giving you the opportunity to adjust your proposed journey before it is finalised.

Is every itinerary different?

Yes. Your dates, budget, pace, interests and priorities shape your journey.

Can you plan honeymoons and special occasions?

Yes. Honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays and other special journeys can be designed with the occasion in mind, including romantic stays, memorable experiences and thoughtful touches where available.

What happens after I enquire?

I’ll personally review your trip request first. If the service is a good fit, I’ll confirm the appropriate planning fee and next steps before any payment is required.
